Build a model for reporting customer class

Dear All,

I have a large data set from financial service. In that data we identified subset data where customers classified incorrect. Customers are either in class 1 or 0. They financial service used old platform to classify there customers. All attributes used in classification are demographic information.

I really appreciate if you can highlight a way I Alteryx to build a model to identify a right class of the customers and highlighted what are the root causes for these misclassification from old platform

Yes, if you provide some examples that would be helpful. In short, you could leverage the demographics and some logical formulas to determine the correct value vs the listed value.
