Benefits of Alteryx Inspire Conference?

I have to justify my request to attend the 2024 Inspire Conference with what the benefit would be to my company.  

At previous conferences what did you learn?  How did you benefit from attending?  How did your company benefit from your attendance?

Can you please let me know the cost involved for Alteryx conference ? Includes registration, accommodation and stuff, trying to get some approval for 2025 conference
