Hi @dhruva have a look at the certification program it has a lot of guidance on what you need to do to prepare. The Core Certification is the first exam to take and the Interactive Lessons have tags in the left hand corner saying if that are useful for a certain certification, such as the Core certification. It is advisable to have Alteryx installed and open when you take the exams.
Try checking out the Exam Prep Guide. There you'll see which tools are tested in the Core Certification, you can make a 15 questions test exam to get used to the exam format and also check some weekly challenges that can be helpful to improve your core skills before the test.
My personal recommendation: Watch the interactive lessons you have in your second link, make the 15 questions test exam to get used to the exam format and then, if you're feeling ready, just try the exam out.
Back when I started learning Alteryx I didn't get my Core certification on my first try. But as I learned more about the tools and the exam format, the second try was way easier to do.
