Is there a way to recover a workflow from a month ago? With the autorecovered files option?

Are you talking about an autosave file? Can you find it in "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Alteryx\Autosave"?

it only autosave for a month, how can you recover file older than a month

That's gonna be hard mate. Better to just rebuild then....
