Automating Forum Engagement

Is it possible to automate commenting on forums? I have been working on promoting artwork on an art forum, but they have strict controls and moderators. What should be the roadmap to achieve this?

I don't think you can do that with Alteryx. You'll need to use a different kind of automation tool to achieve your goal.
