Any useful case studies or challenges for beginners?

I've set up a working group at my work and I would love to set them off with some beginner challenges or case studies to help them use Alteryx more. Any idea where I can find some of these?

 

(I've looked at the weekly challenges and some of the basic ones are actually slightly difficult)
