Dears,
I’m trying to migrate to ELA.
After downloading the updated software, I have issues in adding the new license I received.
Apparently I cannot copy paste the url of the new license and click on connect.
Before I had an offline license, while now the company has migrated to ELA and requested me to deactivate my previous license and add a server license.
As I really need Alteryx designer to complete the year financial close in the next days, could you urgently support me in setting up the new license?
