Making this post as I assume others will start running into this and be Googling the error message.
We have observed today that the licensing/downloads portal is unable to populate itself with the list of available downloads and have confirmed at least one other customer is affected.
The new portal (https://us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/) presents a "There was a problem fetching the products" error.
The legacy portal (https://us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/) does not present an error, but also does not load any products of links.
