Alteryx Education License

My education license expired.  I reapplied through the company's website, but nobody contacted me after more than seven business days.  I have also called the main number but I cannot get connected with anyone in sales or technical support.  Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, how were you able to resolve it?

To receive an educator's license you must teach at an academic institution. After filling out the educator request form, which it sounds like you did, the vendor will either approve or deny your request based on the information you provided. If the vendor cannot verify that you are an educator at an academic institution, then it will deny you. I will look into your specific request and follow up with you via email.
