Alteryx Designer license

I received an email on Jun 30, 2022, 12:56 PM, about my alteryx licence, today is 6-july-2022, More than 84 hours and 4+ days, as per the time required still i didn't receive alteryx licence key kindly do the needful. Thanks and regards,Ahmed Siraj syed.
