Alteryx Community Profile Showing only Last name (First name missing)

Question

Alteryx Community Profile Showing only my Last name (First name missing). The first name field is greyed out when I click on edit profile. It says edit greyed out fields through My Alteryx portal.

My Alteryx portal has my full name listed on it already so not pretty sure how to get this in Alteryx community portal too. All my certifications are getting just my last name on it due to this.

Any insights on this?

@AlteryxCommunityTeam I think this person has an issue, can they raise a ticket to you via email?

Thanks for your comment but as I mentioned, I have my full name listed there on Mission Control and My Alteryx page. I am facing issue with Alteryx Community page only.

Go to your Alteryx Settings on the top right:

Sign in and go into Mission Control. Your preferences page (top right) should have an "edit profile" button available.

There you can change your name.

However, if your certification has already been issued in your previous name, you'll need to contact certifications@alteryx.com in order for them to look into it.
