Hi All,
I recently downloaded Alteryx CoPilot but I am unable to use it because when I click "Start Preview" it gives me an error that says "Failed to authenticate user". When I click on "details" it just says network error. My internet is working. My license is not expired. Does anyone have any suggested remedies?

Any chance you could provide the Copilot logs located at "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\Alteryx\Extensions\AyxCopilotExt\Logs"? This information will help the team debug. Thank you!
@pratterman it appears that Copilot doesn't have a network connection in that log. Some ideas:
One thing you could try is navigating in your browser to http://us1.alteryxcloud.com/ to see if that is blocked too, which might indicate a firewall rule is blocking it. Another thing to try is restarting Designer and trying again (but I'm assuming you probably tried that already)
