Alteryx Account Troubleshoot

I had cleared and got myself certified in the Alteryx CORE certification exam but that was with my previous employer's email account which i don't have access to. I plan to appear for the advanced level now but i have lost access to my older account. 
Can someone help me know on the steps on how to get my older account mapped to my new general gmail based account now.

You can login to your old account if you remember the email and password. 

If you don't, you can reach out to certification@alteryx.com to help you out. Worse case is, retake core in your new account. Core is pretty simple if you're ready for advanced - also serves as a good practice round!
