'Age by Race by Sex' in Census Data

In the US Data there is a variable called 'Age by Race by Sex' that has only a Census 2000 option underneath it. Is the data from the 2000 census and doesn't get updated anymore? Is there an equivalent in the 2010 and/or 2020 census that could be used?
