RegEx for the win!

Generate all intermediate numbers and filter out relevant pattern. Here is the RegEx involved:
REGEX_Match(ToString([RowCount]),"^(.+)\1$")
The trick is to know that you can create internal references within RegEx. What is included above is for Part 1, Part 2 can be solved by adding a single character:REGEX_Match(ToString([RowCount]),"^(.+)\1+$") to look for multiple copies of numbers.
