My first attempt was with a macro, that was good for 1st. part.

Somehow @jdunkerley79 got me to participate.  I went for the fewest tools so its a little slower than James' to run.  But I enjoyed the Regex generating a Regex!

Side note - sure is weird being here with no badges!
