I have completed the exam and still not received the certificate and i need it to summit in my university and AICTE.

What can I do?

Hey @vk_3009, this is the current announcement on the community:

 

Could you explain the situation to those organisations and perhaps submit the confirmation email instead? Another option is to contact certification@alteryx.com and see if they can assist in the meantime.

It's worth noting that, as standard, this can take up to 48 hours to come through after you achieve the cert.

From my side, I needed to wait two more days for it to refresh on Credly.
