Hello, I took my exam but have not received the breakdown of the score and it has been over a week. How can I obtain this??
I'm afraid that's all we can help with then - you can try emailing the certification team to see if they can maybe resend it, but I haven't heard of them doing so. Their email is at the bottom of the certification page
It would've come via email only! So check spam/quarantine - otherwise make sure your Community account is linked to the right email
I did not get it via-email, and I am not sure why

You should be able to get your detailed scores by contacting Alteryx Certification Support. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for the breakdown to appear in your inbox.
