ALteryx Designer Core Certification downloading problem

I just have passed my alteryx designer core certification exam. When I try to download my certification through link given in the email, it throws me an error  stating: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." Could someone please help me with this?

If it still doesn't work I suggest you to contact the Alteryx Support for better assistance or mail  certification@alteryx.com.
