is it possible to create a collection accessible to all users.

for the moment, I created collections accessible to a list of useers

Here, the goal is to allow all users connected to the gallery to access the workflows in this collection

Isn't better to create a district which is public for your gallery and add the workflows to this district?

If you want to use collection, I think the best way is to create a group 'ALL_USERS' and allow this group to access in tihs collection.

Hi @olivierMPW,

another solution would be to share the workflow directly from the gallery (there is a share button) which will share the workflow accross all the users of the gallery.

thanks for the answer. I thought it was mandatory to give a list of users when sharing a workflow
