Dynamic Filter with Action

Question

Hello,

I have a data set that contains a list of accounting requirements (column B)  under different accounting policy (column A). For the output, I want to obtain the requirements of only one of those accounting policy which will be determinated in the interface every time. I try to perform that by using a dynamic filter with action, as the screenshot shown below :

But, the filter is not updated by the value answered in the interface. I'm not sure where is problem so any help getting me there would be appreciated !

Only switch this:
