Use a function which take number of a month as a parameter

Hello everyone !

I would like to create a function that allows me to calculate the prices of the products(identified by codes) per month 

This rate must take the sum of the previous 3, 6, 9 or 12 months

If the price is null over  M-3 months (no sale), we go to M-6 then M-9 then M-12.

Can anyone help me please?
