HR Use Cases in this webinar:

The following use cases are introduced in the webinar, including a presentation on one use case in greater detail.

1. Post COVID-19 / Get back to work safely.

In this use case we outline some of the ways in which Alteryx can be used to help and support safe 'back to work' strategies, whatever they may look like. To do this we will use the imaginary example of Acme Corp, a company that employs around 1,000 employees across Greater London and operates 5 London offices.

2. Smart Relocation: How HR saved 1,700 hours.

A HR team required an easy-to-use solution to relocate employees the most efficient way, considering the person’s work experience, the job profile fit, the place of residence, etc. The previous process using Google Maps, Excel und their HR database was very time consuming, so Alteryx helped building an analytic application supporting this process.

3. Optimize Employee Onboarding, Learning and Development

Investing in onboarding, learning and development of employees can improve retention and performance, but its impact is hard to measure. Logistic regression and survival analysis workflows supported by analytics can help measure the impact of L&D programs.

4. Compliance on digital HR Files Management

How analytics can be used to check the content of HR Files and ensure the right content is stored within the right employee file. Furthermore, analytics can also support processes to determine the type and validity of uploaded content to the employee file.
