Create dropdown calendar

Hi everyone, I am creating an application form and I would like to know if it would be possible to display a drop down calendar such the example attached. Thanks! 😊

Si usas la herramienta Date de interface, conseguirás este diseño de calendar. Desconozco si se puede formatear.

Maybe if you create a numeric dropdown option to join the day, month and year? with Numeric dropdown tool?

If you create the Date field with the formula. Heres a workaround!

Lo más eficiente sería, agregar un Check Box con la opción Collapse Group when Deselected:

Luego, el Calendar Interface tool, a través del Interface Designer, debería ser movido "dentro" del Check Box

Para finalmente ser capaces de lograr el efecto deseado:
