pls help in REINSTALLING

Hi i have installed alteryx (both designer and predictive) then it stopped working so I tried uninstalling it. Faced a lot of issues but I think I have uninstalled it completely as I can not see alteryx anymore in my control panel.

Now that I am reinstalling it, I am not able to do it.

Showing CAN NOT ACCESS NETWORK LOCATIONBIN/PLUGINS.

I also had some problems 3 weeks ago installing (and re installing) on W10, but that seems to be a different error.

Try to clean W alteryx register or un-install usign a professional clean sw.

Hope you can solve it!
