Thinking Like a Programmer with Advanced Macros - Iterative and Batch Macros

Algorithms might sound advanced to some, but the fact is that we all think of them. Some of the common ones are loops and doing the same thing over and over again but for different values.

In Python the above would be solved with “while” and “for”. In Alteryx we have Iterative macros and Batch macros.

In this session we run through the purpose of these macros and how to build them. Further we warn about some pitfalls – we both believe in simple solutions.
