Date Time Conversion

I'm getting trouble using conversion of date time activity. I wanted to change the format and not getting proper result. Please help. Attaching screenshot

Hi @atcodedog05 , I tried your suggestion. It worked putting dd-MM-yyyy in custum changed the date as yyyy-MM-dd but how this worked. I couldn't understand. Could you elaborate for me.

Its trimming out 21 from 31-05-2021 and converting to date to fit the format. Seems like yy and yyyy are bot acceptable format.
