From the South:

18th Street / California Station

Walk 4 blocks easterly along 18th Street, then 2 blocks North on East 18th Avenue until Sherman Street.  Building Called “Denver Financial Center.

From the North:

Union Station

Walk across the platform to the 16th Street Shuttle.  Take the Shuttle to Tremont Place,  then walk past Brown Palace to East 18th Avenue on your right.
