Move data from a row to a column, but must still relate to row above

Afternoon folks,

I've got some data coming from a scheduling system that comes out a tad funnier than I'd like.

It extracts into a HTML only format that displays as below;

Person NameStart timeEnd TimeBreak times
Bob Mar08:00:0016:30:0009:45 - 10:00
   13:30 - 14:00
   14:15 - 14:30
Elvis Pres09:45:0018:15:0011:00 - 11:15
   15:15 - 15:45
   16:00 - 16:15
John Frus09:00:0017:30:0010:30 - 10:45
   12:00 - 12:30
   14:30 - 14:45

Which doesn't display in the format I'd like if I'm honest because if I sort by start time then the blank cells are just going to the bottom and are no longer allocated to the above row.

How I'd like it to display is as follows;

Person NameStart TimeEnd TimeBreak 1Break 2Break 3
Bob Mar08:00:0016:30:0009:45 - 10:0013:30 - 14:0014:15 - 14:30
Elvis Pres09:45:0018:15:0011:00 - 11:1515:15 - 15:4516:00 - 16:15
John Fru09:00:0017:30:0010:30 - 10:4512:00 - 12:3014:30 - 14:45

I have absolutely zero idea how to even start doing something like this if I'm perfectly honest as I'm a tad of a new guy at Alteryx, so any help would be appreciated it!

@NikSTHF I would use some multi-row formulas to fill all your data down, and then a crosstab. I've cheated and used my macro instead of doing several multi-row tools.

EDIT: I forgot to export everything the first time.

There may be a more elegant way to accomplish what you're wanting, but my solution is in the attached workflow. Hope this works for you!

Hey Patrick,

Turns out I can't view the workflow as the org is using an old version of Alteryx.

@NikSTHF I changed the xml so it should be compatible with anything after 10.5

Still getting the same error and I'm on 10.6.

Very frustrating as I bet it'll fix it right up!

@NikSTHF - I repackaged @patrick_digan's workflow in hopes you can now open it. Please see attached.

@NikSTHF Alteryx was changing the macro versions unexpectedly. Hopefully I've caught them all this time...
