Hi, everyone!  I wanted to send a reminder for our February virtual user group meeting tomorrow, and to highlight our guest speakers!

This month, our guest speaker will be Jose Arevalo, @Jareval1 , Analytics Manager at Data Prep U!  Jose will showcase API integrations with the Download Tool in his presentation titled "Mastering API Integration in Alteryx", and he has provided a summary of this exciting upcoming session:

"Join us to explore how the Alteryx Download Tool can streamline your API data integrations. In this session, we'll demonstrate practical methods for connecting and extracting data from APIs directly into Alteryx. Learn to enhance your data workflows by efficiently importing and processing API data, and discover tips to maximize the functionality of the Alteryx Download Tool. This presentation is ideal for those aiming to optimize their data processes with powerful API and Alteryx integrations."

Our second guest speaker is Alteryx ACE Alejandro Ferrandis del Valle, Senior Data Scientist at BNP Paribas.  He will present an Introduction to Analytic Apps, which will be geared toward the beginner to intermediate Alteryx user.  Apps are highly beneficial aspects of Alteryx, and are able to be created out-of-the-box with the Interface toolset (no add-ons or additional cost required)!

Hi, user group members!  Thank you to all who could join us for the February user group meeting; we had some amazing guest speakers, and it was exciting to dive into the topics of APIs and the Download tool, as well as enjoy an Introduction to Analytic Apps!

Chad Martin, CEO and Founder of Data Prep U, delivered an excellent summary of the consulting firm and the numerous services and training they offer.  A longtime award-winning Alteryx partner, Data Prep U provides an extensive array of product training and solution development.

Jose Arevalo, @Jareval1 , Analytics Manager at Data Prep U, expertly presented a deep exploration of APIs and the Download tool in his session, "Mastering API Integration in Alteryx".  It was impressive to see the flexibility of the Download tool, and how to quickly connect to websites and utilize APIs in action.  Jose also showed how to search through the API documentation, and get right to the information needed for the process.

Our next presenter was Alteryx ACE Alejandro (Alex) Ferrandis del Valle, Senior Data Scientist at BNP Paribas.  Alex showed a great overview of Analytic Apps, ranging from simple to more complex apps; it was an enlightening tour of the power of Analytic Apps and their many capabilities.  He also provided insight for best practices in building apps, and shared ACE tips for optimum app processing.

Thank you, Alex, for presenting from Spain to our user group; I believe it was around 10 p.m. for you on a Friday night!  :)  We appreciate your dedication and sharing your knowledge to our members!
