Beginning with the 2021.4 major release, Alteryx provides technical product support on each major version of the Alteryx Product for a period of 24 months from the release date. Please refer to the Version Support Policy for each version’s End of Support date.

 

For versions that are supported, customers can submit cases via https://alteryx.com/support. If a defect is reported, it will be prioritized based on our Defect Prioritization policy. It may require you to upgrade to the version which includes the fix. You can download the latest version of our products on our Licensing & Downloads page.

 

Alteryx does not provide support for installations on versions that have reached End of Support. The only exception is for guidance on upgrading from your EOS version to a supported version.
