Unable to give Core Cerification exam

Hello Team

 I am unable to give the online Alteryx Designer Core Exam .

  It shows that I have reached my limit for the amount of times that I can take the online exam.

Please help for the same.

Hi @Mariam if you taken the exam in the last 7 days and did not pass you will be eligible to retake the exam once those 7 days have passed. If this is not your issue I would suggest sending an email to certification@alteryx.com  who will be able to provide assistance.

If you have taken the exam and you have not passed it, you will be able to retake the exam after 7 days. Keep trying and don't worry, you can retake the exam as many times as you need to pass!

If that is not the case, I suggest you to contact certification@alteryx.com, so they can help you to solve the problem.
