US Federal Holidays

Pull a list of Federal Holidays to use in a workflow.  The macro pulls the Holidays from https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/federal-holidays#url=Historical-Data.  The macro has no configuration and will output the Holiday Name, Day of week  and the a formatted date for when it is observed.

Looks like recent security updates to block "man in the middle attachs" casued the the macro to break.  I uploaded a new macro the pull from https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/federal-holidays#url=Historical-Data.  Hope this helps.
