Description
This workflow from DVW Analytics uses the Alteryx Connector for SAP (ACS) to demonstrate how to extract archive (ALINK) attachments for Finance documents stored in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA into Alteryx.
The SAP Document Read - ALINK tool can extract attachments stored in the content repository managed via the SAP ArchiveLink service.
This workflow provides a template to enable the extract of archived attachments for Finance documents stored in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA.
The sample workflow uses the Table Data tool to search for and extract a list of Accounting Documents from the Accounting Document Header table, BKPF.
The Accounting Document numbers extracted are then passed to table TOA01 to extract the attachment and repository ID required by the SAP Document Read - ALINK tool to extract the attachments for the selected Accounting Documents.
