SAP DMS (KPRO) - Extract Attachments from SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA

This workflow from DVW Analytics uses the Alteryx Connector for SAP (ACS) to demonstrate how to extract attachments  stored in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (KPRO) into Alteryx.

The SAP Document Read - SDOK tool allows you to extract attachments from SAP Document Management System (KPRO)

This workflow provides a template to enable the extract of attachments from SAP DMS with document number from T-Code CV02N as input.

The sample workflow uses the Table Data tool to search for and extract a list of attachments IDs associated with a DMS document and pass them to SAP Document Read - SDOK tool for attachment extraction.
