the predictive tools is not showing on the professor alteryx designer.

I had it installer and is working on the shortcut on my desktop --- it has the predictive tool in the palette and when I click on predictive it displays all of the tools.

BUT it is not linking with the professor's designer on her canvas assignment---- no predictive tool tab and no tools for it.

I have an assignment that is due soon.
