The Automation Anywhere Tool allows you to run your bots on incoming data and pass the processed data to other tools in Designer.

Current version

Automation Anywhere Tool v1.0.1 (November 2, 2023)

• Compatible with Alteryx Designer and Server version 2023.2 and later.

• Minor update to maintain compatibility with Designer and Server 2023.2.

Previous version

Automation Anywhere Tool v1.0.0 (February 02, 2022)

• Compatible with Alteryx Designer version 2021.4 to 2023.1

• Initial release.

• Supports authentication using credentials or API key.

• The bots can be selected manually or from a list.

• The input variables can be set manually or dynamically.

• Proxy support.

This tool uses a .yxi file format. A .yxi file is a package that includes an Alteryx Tool and all of its dependencies zipped into a single file. When this file is imported into Alteryx, the tool is added to the tool palette in the category specified by the tool.

When sharing a workflow that uses a .yxi tool, the tool is not included and must be installed by the recipient.

Hi, 

Not sure if anyone has faced this error. We are able to login to AA 360 without any issues. However, we dont see any bots or folder structure. We tried with multiple IDs but no luck. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Hi Arun, 

sorry I haven't faced this issue yet. I was able to choose the Bot but I'm not able to choose a User under Variables.

To your problem, did you check if the Bot files are in the public repository?

same issue for me as @masterarun I am not able to see the bots

@Freymi can you share a screenshot of your connection setup?

@AlteryxProducts , can you kindly help us configure this tool? 

Looking at the configuration overview it shoudl be possible to choose a user after choosing the Bot but this does not seem to work. What am I missing here? (https://help.alteryx.com/20223/designer/automation-anywhere-360-tool)

After installing the AA360, the following error appears when attempting to schedule a workflow.

Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
