I'm a big fan of the sort option built directly into the "Row ID" tool. I'm not a big fan of the sort being required though:

So this was an interesting difference between Designer Cloud and Designer.  I would have used the Multi-row formula in Designer, but I  like the new sort feature of the RowID tool in Designer Cloud.
