I start my journey from today.

Either of DateTime tool and DateTimeParse function does not work as intended. Am I doing something wrong or just because of my environment due to Japanese language?

Yes. I notified those issue to the Alteryx support, but they said it depends on Japanese environment. And also they said that now the Designer Cloud supports only English environment.

By changing the language preference of my web browser to English, DateTime tool and DateTIme function correctly work.
