On 15th Dec, 2022(Thursday), I wrote Alteryx Designer Core and I have successfully cleared the exam. I can't see my Alteryx Designer Core certification badge on my credly account till now. Can anyone please help me out with this and let me know how much time it will take to reflect my badge on credly account?
I have successfully completed Alteryx Designer Core Certificate on 02nd Aug 2024. As per email communication, it was mentioned that I would receive a badge within 48 hours but I haven't received any yet.
Could someone let me know where can I download my certificate or receive the badge or where to reach out.
I completed the Alteryx Designer Core Certification on 22 January but haven't received the badge for it from Credly. Requesting you to look into it. I even tried to contact certification@alteryx.com but there was no response.
