Advance certificate not received

Hello everyone!

I have passed the alteryx advance exam on 19th august but did not receive the pdf certificate yet. It it more than 48hrs now. Can someone please look into the problem and let me know. Thanks

Dear Arindita,

You can write a mail to certification@alteryx.com 

You can also submit the badge you have received on your account as temporary proof share your account link so that they can verify your badge.
