The countdown is on to our annual analytics conference, Inspire. Scheduled for May 17-20 in Boston, Inspire 2015 is all about increasing the business value of information using data blending and advanced analytics to make faster, better-informed decisions, and sharing insights across organizations. This year's conference theme is Analytic Independence, which recognizes and celebrates that the power of data blending and advanced analytics is now in the hands of the data analysts – the people who know the data best, and who want to work without restraint to create the dataset they need to answer the big business questions.
Our sales team is busy spreading the word to customers and prospects about the opportunities that await in Boston. For most, registering is a given. But for those still on the fence, here are three real reasons our customers have told us why they've already registered and booked their travel.
1 — Inspire is a prime opportunity to indoctrinate new users & business leaders – what better way to introduce a team, whether it be data analysts or business leaders, to like-minded individuals enthusiastic and excited to share their success as analytics-led organizations. Alteryx users quickly experience a boost, both in confidence and productivity, through shared experiences and finding new use cases. That being said, Inspire is as much for business decision makers as it is for data analysts. Most business leaders who attend do so as a means to see what the Alteryx buzz around the office is all about. In fact, we've dedicated an entire track to business leaders who use analytics to drive organizational change and improvement. Check out the impressive line-up of customer speakers who will be leading this track alongside industry experts.
2 — Alteryx Grand Prix – although the bragging rights are worth it, claiming the title of "best Alteryx user" comes with a lot more. The Grand Prix Grand Prize winner will be awarded 10 laps in a Ferrari F430 or a Lamborghini LP550 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, including round-trip travel and accommodations for two. Speaking as a spectator of last year's event, it's truly a sight to be seen. Five contestants with stellar talent, building impressive workflows live on stage – it's like watching Rembrandt, Picasso, Matisse, Dali, and Warhol create a masterpiece as they compete for the title of "best of the best" with fans cheering in support of their favorite Alteryx artist.
3 — Finally, it's on the east coast – as one America's oldest cities, Boston has a rich economic and social history. Visiting Boston in the spring is a best bet for moderate temperatures as you venture about, taking advantage of endless opportunities for exploration and activities. The Westin Copley Place provides the ideal setting for enjoying the conference, plus all that Boston has to offer.
Now it's your turn – the opportunity is yours for the taking. To help get you started, here's a 3-step action plan:
1. Register now, check it off your to-do list, & put it on your calendar
2. Follow @Alteryx on Twitter and share with your colleagues using #inspire15 or bit.ly/Inspire2015
3. Use the Alteryx Grand Prix App to see if you qualify to compete in Boston
