Alteryx is excited to announce our new software support solution – MyAlteryx Success Hub! 

 

MyAlteryx Success Hub is the one-stop shop for all Alteryx support needs. From submitting and tracking tickets to accessing knowledge bases and other valuable resources, Alteryx users can easily and securely find resources to help them resolve their issues quickly. 

 

Let’s review some of the exciting features of the Success Hub. 

 

Authenticated Dashboard

The dashboard has lots of features (and links) for logged-in customers with entitlements, including:  

  • Notifications: Upon creating a new support case, notifications will be posted in the portal for status updates, comments, closure, etc.

On the MyAlteryx Success Hub, you can search across Community and our Help Documentation to get the answers you need. 

 

Account Team

With the Account Team feature, you can find out who your Alteryx Account Team members are and what each one can do to help you. Depending on your support package, you will see additional team members listed here such as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.

 

Open Cases

You can conveniently view open cases for individual users and the entire organization on this page, depending on your role. There are also quick-access links to helpful documentation and resources.

On this page, you have the ability to:  

 

  • Create a new support case
