As we continue on this blog journey towards the goal of Analytics Unchained we recently released the final of our light hearted videos about what it is really like to rely on “The Institute” as your analytics vendor. The first video Analytics from The Institute Guys, revolves around the time it takes to produce the analysis you need when relying on The Institute. The second video, Business as Usual with The Institute, highlights the complexity and multitude of their offerings. The final video The Institute Philosophy focuses on the priorities and the experience that The Institute employees have versus its customers. Being a great place to work can be fantastic for employees, but the business model behind the organization doesn’t mean it is great for its customers. When you are buying any analytics software it should be about what it will do for your organization, not how it will help the vendor.
