I wonder who that includes? Maybe Boris Evelson, Senior Forrester BI Analyst, who recently posted this on the Magazine's website: Just Right" Customer Analytics.

 

I think it may be worth a listen also to Boris on the Magazine's webinar March 30: "Trends 2011 and Beyond: Business Intelligence."
