"Scaling Excellence" set the tone as our Sales Kickoff theme, igniting the energy and sharpening the focus for 2015. Alteryx Associates from around the globe were in attendance – representing North American & UK Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Customer Advocacy. MIP, Alteryx Emerging Partner of 2014, also joined to collaborate in participation throughout the 15 sessions held over three action-packed days.

In speaking with colleagues back at the office this week, here are three things that stand out amidst the vigor and excitement from all who've vowed to "scale excellence" in 2015.

 

1. Imagine, practice, and experience excellence – then imagine success. Working in tandem with our customers and partners, achieving Analytic Independence is one defining point of success. One of the more notable acknowledgements this year relates to customer retention. Overall, our customer renewal rate is considerably higher than industry average. Given that more than 700 customers, including Experian, Kaiser Permanente, Ford, and McDonald's, and 200,000+ users worldwide rely on Alteryx daily, maintaining a customer-centric perspective will undoubtedly prove essential for scaling excellence in 2015.
