i2017-blog-promo-370x208.pngThe old Las Vegas mantra, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” might be true for a lot of visitors, but not for our Alteryx Inspire 2017 attendees. In fact, when you return to the office after Inspire as an Icon of Analytics, we hope that you share all your knowledge and learnings with everyone on your team. With more than 75 tracks to choose from, a full day of hands-on training, and inspiring keynotes, there is going to be a lot that you'll want to share, especially when it comes to the Alteryx Server.

If you are new to Alteryx or Alteryx Server, you might not be aware of all the great benefits that can be gained when you deploy Alteryx Server. At a high level, Alteryx Server is how you deploy, share and manage Alteryx at scale. You can schedule and automate workflows, extend Alteryx through APIs, allow teams to work in a centralized repository with project folders, and even publish Alteryx apps to non-Alteryx users in your own internal Alteryx Gallery.

With all the great functionalities available in Alteryx Server, we have several training and technical sessions scheduled at Inspire to make it as easy as possible for you to learn, implement and leverage these benefits to maximize your investment in Alteryx.

Product Training

Here is a list of product training sessions that you can register for throughout the week:

  1. Introduction to Alteryx Server - A full-day Alteryx Server overview intended for both users interested in Server, as well as new administrators to the Server. In this session, product experts will cover installation of a single node server, benchmarking and how Alteryx uses Alteryx Server.
  2. Integrating your Server into Applications – A 2-hr crash course on how the Alteryx Server API works and how you can implement it within your organization.
  3. Administering the Alteryx Analytic Gallery – A 2-hr overview of the Alteryx Analytic Gallery that is available in the Alteryx Server and how to best administer it.
  4. Supporting the Alteryx Server – A deep-dive into the back-end of the Alteryx Server including the Server command line, settings, configuration, logging and diagnostics.

Technical Sessions

Technical sessions led by the Alteryx Product Management team:

  1. Autopilot Equals Analytic Freedom – Learn how to automate jobs using the scheduling feature of the Alteryx Server.
  2. It's All About that Scale – How to scale the Alteryx Server and deployment considerations for driving enterprise analytics.

If you can't make any of the technical or product training sessions, be sure to stop by our Solutions Center to see a demo or to get your questions answered.

Next Steps

As you can see, we've got a ton of Alteryx Server best practices content ready for you, inspired by this year's Icons of Analytics theme. We want to ensure you leave Inspire with all your Server questions answered, and return to your organization with superhero Server capabilities. . Now, the next steps are on you! And that means registering for Inspire and selecting these sessions in the Agenda Builder. Time is running out and sessions are filling up, so register now!
