Alteryx ACEs are advocates and a trusted source across the Alteryx community.  Your ACEs’ reach includes both the online Alteryx community every time they ask and answer questions and participate in discussions, and also the broader analytics community through User Group leadership and being leaders, innovators and advocates in each of their organizations.

 

Recently, we had a chance to catch up with four of our ACEs representing our global community in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.  They talk about what it means to be an ACE, how it has affected their career, interesting highlights during their ACE tenure and the impact they want to have on the greater community.

 

ACEs interviewed include Chris Love, from our original class of ACEs, and John Schneider, who had just recently been announced as one of our newest ACEs.  The video also includes comments from Jason Mack about how his ACE status helps him broaden his network inside and outside of his organization.  Adrian Loong talks about his goals to share knowledge and experience to help new users on their analytics journey with Alteryx.

Chief Customer Officer

Olivia Duane Adams is the Chief Customer Officer and a founding partner of Alteryx. In this role, Libby is responsible for overseeing and maximizing the complete Alteryx customer experience, from engagement to on-boarding, communications, performance, and retention. She has interacted with nearly every Alteryx customer, giving her a holistic perspective of the overall experience from implementation to adoption success.
