One of the things that make Inspire so unique is our legendary Alteryx Grand Prix. During this head-to-head data-driven race competition, the world's best Alteryx users compete against each other in an analytics race to solve business problems that they must answer faster (or better) than their competitors while using Alteryx Designer.
A couple of months ago we issued a challenge to Alteryx users, asking anyone eager to prove their Alteryx prowess to nominate themselves for this year's competition. I'm proud to say that the response to our challenge was tremendous, with 35 people across 26 companies competing in a series of qualifying rounds in April. Companies represented include:
- BCG
- BIPB
- Bank of America Merrill Lynch
- Belk
- Boston Consulting Group
- CROSSMARK
- Cardinal Health
- Clear Channel Outdoor
- Environics Analytics
- General Motors
- Grazitti Interactive
- Infotopics B.V.
| - InterWorks
- Javelin Group
- KOREM
- KPMG
- Kaiser Permanente
- Kristalytics
- Nike
- Points International
- ScioSolutions
- Seer Analytics
- Southern States Cooperative
- TargetSmart Communications
- The Information Lab

The competition was extremely fierce this year, and when you consider the skill level of some of the people who did not make the final cut, it's clear that when the five finalists take the stage on Monday, May 18th during Inspire 2015, you will witness a dazzling display of analytics power from the premier Alteryx users in the world.
Are you curious to hear who those five users are? Come back to this blog next week when I'll reveal the five finalists, along with some details to help you get ready for the best Alteryx Grand Prix we've ever hosted.
