User Account is not an artisan when saving to Gallery yet user is is set up as an Artisan

User shows up in the Gallery as an Artisan and is able to log into the server.  User connects to via the designer  to the Gallary to save a workflow and gets the error 'The user account you are attempting to publish as is not an artisian. Please contact your Alteryx Service adminstrator '

Could this be releated to a port not open ?    Ports within the environment are locked down.

@dsujkows do all users have the same issue?
It doesn't sound like a port issue, it sounds like an authentication issue.
Are you using Windows AD for Gallery auth?

Yes, We are using Windows AD. The Artisans are part of an AD Group. They log into the Gallery Portal, which creates their Alteryx Account within the Gallery. Once they do that, they show up as a Gallery user as an Artisan. Then they go to the designer to upload a workflow and it fails.

Are there multiple AD groups set up different levels of Gallery access?  Do the users fall into multiple groups?
